Some More Cartoons of Co-counselling Strategies

In these cartoons Patterns are represented by rigid masks and the Person by a face.

1. You can learn to 'just jump' to switch your attention from Pattern to strength.
2. You can learn to celebrate your present creativity and skills and loving.
3. You can learn to disrupt and break up the Patterns by discharging your Distresses.

1. Switching your attention from Patterns to strengths.

Small eyes indicate where the person's attention is.

At the left all your awareness is of the Patterns.
At the right, though the Patterns still exist, your attention is elsewhere.

2. Celebrating your strengths.

The person's face gets larger.

Though the Patterns remain the same,
your strengths become more available to choose and use.

3. Directly disrupting Patterns by discharging your distresses:

Person's face remains the same size, but the masks representing Patterns become smaller.

After discharge the significance of the Patterns is less
and you will spend less time in them.
